Project Manager

​My name is Alberto Hernandez. I started working on May 25, 2021. It has been a long journey. I started as a helper with not much experience, but I was really hungry to learn more about landscaping. What I really like about the company is that it is very competitive in terms of staff to company expectations.

Not too long after I started working at Simple Lawns, they promoted me to crew lead. From there, I took work more seriously because I realized they didn’t take me in as just a worker; they show care and compassion. It felt like I was working with family in the process of being a crew lead. I loved having the opportunity to show others what we do and how we do things at Simple Lawns. I love what I do, and that became my hobby. I have been with the company for almost 6 years, and I’m very happy with what I have done.

I have grown so much that this year in 2026, I was given the opportunity to be in a management position as a new project manager. I feel blessed and appreciated by the company that sees the potential in me. What I love about Simple Lawns is that they have always been there for me, especially in the hard times. I feel blessed working there. Vitaly, the owner, over the years has shown me respect, compassion, and care - not just for me, but for my family. I have never had that happen to me with any previous job.
