I wrote a 5 star review for the landscaping that Simple Lawns provided a few months ago. They have transformed my small backyard into a refuge I thoroughly have indulged in over the summer. Part of that was to install a bird feeder platform in a later stage. Just what I asked for. I found later that there were some imperfections in the mortaring of the slate plates. This manifested over time and I reached to ask if they could help with a fix. Igor and team promptly responded and not only did an ultra professional fix - they made it look better than before. I'm a very happy customer. When I'm ready for the next phase of hardscaping they will be my first stop go to.
Excellent results and a very professional crew
We hired Simple Lawns to do extensive work to our backyard including hardscaping, planting, 2x water features and accent lighting. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Our project manager Igor has been very thorough with the details of our project and has been great at keeping us in the loop with updates and giving us options and asking us questions to be sure we have input all along the way with the project. Our crew, Alberto and Balthazar, have done extraordinary work. They have been very communicative and helpful through out the entire process. For example, we have a dog run for our 2 dogs on one side of the house. The crew needed access to the area to complete their work. Not only did they do a fantastic job of cleaning up our property every day after they were done for the day, they specifically were very careful to clean and close up the doggy area securely every day to help us keep the dogs from getting out:) They have been very meticulous and detail oriented in their installation process and it shows in the final result. Overall our experience with Simple Lawns has surpassed our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Great Experience!
We just had trees planted through Simple Lawns and they were very helpful and accommodating. Igor came out prior to the install and took the time to walk me through the process, we talked through placement and he gave me his feedback and suggestions to make the placement better then I thought. Overall great experience and will certainly use them again for our next project!
Outstanding Job
We would like to thank Eddie, David, Lazaro & Balthazar for the outstanding landscaping job they did for us. The plants David picked out are fantastic. Lazaro and Balthazar worked their tails off installing the new turf and plants. The old lawn, top soil and plants were removed and they left us a beautiful new yard. Eddie kept us updated on progress being done and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was just as we wanted. We would highly recommend Simple Lawns to anyone looking to update their landscaping.
Excellent work and total integrity
The Simple Lawns team installed a French drain and dry well for me. They did excellent work. When i later had a problem that was frankly only tangentially related to their work, they came back multiple times and did significant further labor absolutely free of charge, despite my complete willingness to pay for their time, to correct my problem. Anything I need that is within these guys' skillset, I will trust them to do for me. Really happy with the quality of the work, the professionalism, the integrity.
Initial setup
Leo and Roman arrived on Friday May9 to a yard landscaped with primarily bark, pea gravel which had been taken over by weeds. They trimmed all bushes, pulled weeds from yard and between the iris planted all along my fence. They removed old bark and spread all new cedar nuggets. In an area where a garden shed had been removed they laid pea gravel as requested and just generally made everything beautiful. All old materials were removed and there was no evidence of all the hard work except a beautiful yard. I have a maintenance contract with them and look forward to the way I know they will keep everything looking wonderful. So grateful ☺️ for a job well done!!
Garden Oasis
This project was phase II of creating my garden oasis. I met with 2 landscape design firms, and quickly decided on Simple Lawns after meeting with David Aspidov. Unlike the other landscapers, David really listened to all my wishes and concerns in helping create a dream backyard. I told him that there’s a spot that gets too much sun, and he suggested a Bubbler-Fountain system. I said I loved Rhododendrons, but they get too large. He suggested a “dwarf” variety. After the design was finalized, the Project Manager, Igor, along with Ricardo and his assistant came in and implemented my dream backyard. They sought my input on plant placement, etc. every step of the way. They even made improvements to my sprinkler system, that a previous landscaper had installed haphazardly. They replaced the sod, after first amending the soil beneath it. They planted 22 different bushes/flowers, installed a rock pillar Bubbler-Fountain, and a stone walking path leading from the front gate to the back lawn. Simple Lawns is an amazing crew to work with. They have extensive gardening knowledge, and, in the end—they exceeded all my expectations.

What a great company! We worked with Eduardo. What a nice guy. Such a hard worker. He listened and asked questions of what we wanted. Couldn't ask for better service. Even my neighbors asked for their number. The property looks fantastic.
